Join our ranks to work on real client briefs and learn which rules you can bend, and which ones you can smash to oblivion.

THIS IS THE REAL WORLD, CUPCAKE

You’re going to be unleashed onto real problems with real clients and real consequences. Along the way, you’ll be on the receiving end of supplemental learning from iris staffers, and get a shot at making a name for yourself with a Bunker-only project that you run with your comrades-in-creativity.

This is going be a lot of hard work. But it’s the kind of hard work that really is its own reward. But you also get paid in legal tender. So, that’s a win.

Excited? Good. This is gonna get weird. But ten weeks from now you’ll be smarter, tougher, and one step closer to the coveted realness you’re itching for.

WE ARE IRIS

In May 1999 iris was a team of six people forging an agency around a single client, in the first fires of the consumer technology revolution.

Today iris is a diverse, thriving, creative innovation network of over 1000 people in 14 offices, working with many of the most progressive and successful businesses in the world. Our ambition is quite simply to be the most inspiring and innovative agency network on the planet.

The Bunker is an integrated, ten week program that offers 3 tracks in the disciplines of creative, account, or strategy. See below for which positions are available for each office.

Art Director

We're on the hunt for young, passionate individuals with big visions and even bigger appetites. As part of the creative team, you'll work with a copywriter (don't worry, we'll wrangle one for you), and together, you'll work alongside a designer, account, and strategy to conceptualize and create real work for real clients-really!


About Us

iris is an agency whose time has come. We have deep expertise in helping brands turn into "Participation Brands"; helping them become more purposeful and provocative-innovating more in their categories, shaping culture, and growing efficiently by harnessing the power of involvement. Simply put, we're about getting people to participate with brands in the Participation Era.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a broad range of creative assets for clients and brands-it could be anything from a logo, an email, a social post, or even an idea for a TV spot.
  • Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, and color appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs.
  • Participate in client and team brainstorms.
  • Assist in Deck/Presentation/Moodboard development (design, formatting, finding images & clips).

We're on the hunt for young, passionate individuals with big visions and even bigger appetites. As part of the creative team, you'll work with a copywriter (don't worry, we'll wrangle one for you), and together, you'll work alongside a designer, account, and strategy to conceptualize and create real work for real clients-really!


About Us

Simply put, we're about getting people to participate with brands in the Participation Era.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a broad range of creative design assets for clients and brands—could be video, motion graphics, banner ads, landing pages, emails, or more.
  • Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, and color appropriately to create innovative, visual solutions that meet business and user needs.
  • Assist in Presentation/Moodboard and actual development (coding and/or execution).

Account/Strategy

We're on the hunt for young, passionate individuals with big visions and even bigger appetites. As the title suggests, you'll be part of the account/strategy team, working closely with the strategy, account, and creative teams to ensure our clients' needs and goals are met on every project. In this internship, you will strategize and manage real work for real clients-really!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the creative processes, from concepting (brief, strategy, deliverables) to execution (final creative, results).
  • Get the creative team's juices flowing with inspirational, strategic briefs.
  • Get us juice and coffee. Just kidding!
  • Work with clients to confirm project timings and objectives.
  • Help lead a cross-functional team that successfully executes a final project.
